Founded in Rome in 2016, quickly earning a reputation as a leading educational program dedicated to the study and advancement of modern dance. Building on its initial success, TDM expanded its reach to Paris, Málaga, and Madrid, welcoming a diverse cohort of dancers from Haiti, Mexico, Europe, and the United States. In 2024, TDM established a new base in San Lucido (CS), offering participants an unparalleled training experience in a setting that blends academic rigor with the natural beauty of Calabria’s coastline. This expansion reflects TDM’s ongoing mission to create inspiring environments where dancers can refine their craft and immerse themselves in cultural and artistic exchange.Specializing in the techniques of modern dance pioneers Martha Graham, Lester Horton, José Limón, and Caterina Rago, TDM equips students with the tools to both preserve and innovate within this rich artistic tradition. With the generous support of its audiences, TDM also provides scholarships, fostering inclusivity and ensuring that its programs remain accessible to emerging talents worldwide.
